Privacy policy
For this Morrow deployment and the Google accounts connected to it.
Who operates this server
This server is run by the person whose accounts are connected to it, for their own use. It is not a service offered to others. There are no other users, no customers, and no accounts other than the operator's own.
What Google data it accesses and why
With the operator's consent, the server reads Gmail messages and Google Calendar events of the connected accounts so that the operator's personal agents can prepare briefings, track orders and deliveries, find free times, and schedule meetings. Where the operator has explicitly enabled it for an account, the server can also create calendar events and send email from that account on the operator's behalf. Each agent is limited, on this server, to the accounts and actions the operator allowed it.
How the data is stored
OAuth refresh tokens are stored only in this server's environment configuration. Message contents and calendar data are fetched on demand, passed to the operator's agents for the current task, and not stored on this server. Agents keep their own working notes (for example a summary of a thread, or a proposed meeting time) in a memory store hosted by Anthropic as part of Claude Managed Agents, under the operator's account.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, shared with, or transferred to any third party, and it is not used for advertising. It is processed only by this server and by the operator's own agents running on Claude Managed Agents, an Anthropic service, to perform the tasks the operator asked for. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and revocation
Access lasts until the operator revokes it, either by removing the account from this server's configuration or by revoking the app under the Google account's security settings. Revocation takes effect immediately; no Google data remains on this server afterwards.
Contact
Questions go to the operator at the support email shown on the Google consent screen for this app.
